IPS rebuilt it as a web-based enterprise application. We revamped the entire architecture and made it multi-threaded, then opened it up so multiple developers and users could work in it at once — using our rapid, agile methodology to keep cost at bare minimum without cutting functionality.

A sprawling SharePoint environment — 2TB of content, 175 sites, and 60 workflows — had grown past what the platform could reliably carry. It needed a ground-up rebuild without losing a single site or breaking a live workflow.

IPS rebuilt the farm from the ground up, integrated Nintex for workflow, and used the Quest migration toolset to move content cleanly across. Architecture, migration, and workflow — handled by one team, so nothing fell between vendors.

A new venture wanted to match students with colleges and tutors, let them schedule and run sessions, and handle billing — but couldn't afford to hire an army to run it manually.

IPS built the full matchmaking portal: students find schools and tutors by their own criteria, schedule and conduct sessions right in the platform, and it ties into partner organizations. Payment collection and billing run automatically. We used our rapid-development method to keep the build lean.
